Visit the website vixy.net.

Paste the url of the Youtube video that you want to download into the box on Vixy.net.

In the drop-down box, select "MP4 for iPod/PSP."

Click "Start."

Then, when it's completed converting it, "save as" and save it somewhere you won't forget.

When it's done downloading, open up iTunes and, from the menu, select "File," then "Add File to Library." Select the file that you saved, and select "Open."

Make sure you have your iPod plugged in. Then, go to "Movies" under "Library" and drag the video onto your iPod name.
