How do I draw a rectangle on a TI-83+? Do I have to draw one individually using lines? How can I fill the inside?

You definitely can't because in order to draw lines, you need to use functions. The problem with that is, a vertical line can't be a function. Sucks, I know. Sorry man, unless you rewrite the laws of mathematics...

There is a pen tool in therer somewhere. Use that.
